Copy Trades
SuperX enables users to copy trade Hyperliquid traders directly in the Telegram bot. Given the differences that can occur when copying a trader, such as trade size, it's important for users to understand how exactly SuperX will execute a copy trade on their behalf.
How SuperX Executes Copy Trades
When executing a copy trade, SuperX mirrors the percentage of margin used by the target wallet.
So if a target wallet being copy traded has a balance of $10,000 and uses $1,000 of margin for a new trade, SuperX will view that as 10% of the wallet’s margin being used for the trade.
Therefore, SuperX uses 10% of a user's wallet balance as margin towards copying the trade. So, if a user has a wallet balance of $500, SuperX will open a position which utilises $50 worth of margin with the exact same leverage as the target wallet.
Scaling Parameter
The scaling parameter can be used to give the user even more control. By default it is set to 100% so the user will use the same margin percentage as the target wallet. However, if it is lowered to for example 25%, then only 25% of the projected trade size will be used. In the example above this would mean that only $12.50 of the copytrader’s margin would be used.
